In this Privacy Policy we explain which personal data we process when you visit tonepro.es or contact us, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what rights you have over that data.

This is a corporate, informational website: it does not sell online and does not allow you to register or create a user account. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form and what analytics cookies collect if you accept them.

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. For any matter relating to your personal data you may contact the email address indicated above.

Contact form: name, email address, telephone (optional) and the content of the message you write to us. Name, email address and message are mandatory: without them we cannot deal with your request.

Analytics cookies, only if you accept them: a random identifier assigned by Google Analytics, the pages visited, the duration of the visit, the type of device and browser and an approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.

Technical connection data: our hosting provider records the IP address and the request made in the server logs, for the sole purpose of maintaining the service and preventing abusive use.

All data comes from you. We do not obtain personal data from third parties or from publicly accessible sources, and we do not process special categories of data.

To deal with the queries, suggestions and requests for information you send us through the contact form. Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box before submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you commercial communications you have not requested, nor do we transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.

Contact form data is kept for as long as our communication with you lasts and, once your request has been dealt with, for a maximum of one year, in case any liability arises. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete it immediately.

Data collected by analytics cookies is kept for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy and according to the retention configured in Google Analytics.

Technical server logs are kept for the short period necessary for the maintenance and security of the service.

Once those periods have elapsed the data is deleted. Where there is a legal obligation to keep it, it will remain blocked and available solely to judges, courts and the competent authorities for the limitation period of the corresponding liabilities.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. It is only accessed by the providers that render services to us and that act as processors on our behalf, under a contract requiring them to process it solely in accordance with our instructions:

If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process the data collected outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection, and additionally applies standard contractual clauses as a further safeguard.

Los Siles, 18170 Alfacar (Granada), stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within a maximum of one month from receipt of your request.

If you consider that we have not properly handled your request, or that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es), which is the competent supervisory authority.

No. We do not take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you, nor do we build profiles from your personal data.

This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we detect that we have processed the data of a child under 14 without the consent of those holding parental responsibility or guardianship, we will delete it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including the encryption of communications with the website (HTTPS) and limiting access to the data to the staff who need to know it.
